Skill: Muscle Up

Warm Up: 20 Muscle Ups

Only consecutive reps count so sets of 1 = 0, sets of 2 = 2 and so on

WOD L1:  6 rounds for time of:

15 Pull Ups
50 Double Unders

If you cannot do Double Unders…

15 Pull Ups
19 Wall Balls

1 minute rest between rounds

WOD L2: 6 rounds for time of:

5 Muscle Ups
50 Double Unders

1 minute rest between rounds


Lots of options today…

As far as the L1 workout goes, you can select between struggling with 50 Double Unders or 19 Wall Balls.  Why 19?  Because 20 would’ve been ludicrous.   Whichever option you select should be executed quickly enough that you do not get stuck at any one point.  The implemented rest in both levels should be just enough to reset yourself and focus on doing the next round as unbroken as possible.  And since there is only one level of unbroken-ness, you now have your strategy.
